We are an established real estate development, home buying, and sales company operating in the greater metro Washington, DC area for over 19 years.

We’re looking for energetic, fast-paced, experienced people to help us grow our business as Acquisitions Consultants.

What we do:

1. We buy properties and rehab or build new ones.
2. We sell properties we don't rehab to other developers needing inventory.
3. We help people sell their houses through our brokerage services.

We need experienced closers who enjoy stacking up commissions as they cruise the city all day meeting with sellers and buyers, building rapport, and dominating the market!

PLEASE NOTE: This position is 100% commission based with opportunity for bonuses and profit share.

Position Summary:

Your job will be to help the company acquire properties direct from homeowners or via real estate agents, attorneys, intermediaries, etc. by going on outbound appointments, making offers, following-up, negotiating, and closing the contract.

The Roles & Responsibilities include:

o Meet with sellers that want to sell their property, build rapport, overcome objections and get contracts signed
o Researching and performing due diligence on properties
o Establish relationships, rapport, and credibility with a range of sources of potential leads.
o Create and send offers, handle paperwork to acquire properties, and negotiate deals
o Must be able to manage leads effectively in our companies CRM, and keep track of communication and next action items
o Ability to work remotely, follow up effectively with sellers, agents, and team members to accomplish company goals

Here's a snapshot of our ideal candidate:

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Real estate license is not required, but preferred
• Outgoing and loves building rapport with people
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and committed to personal growth
• Experience in sales (not necessarily real estate) with proven track record
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (oral, written, and listening)
• A strong work ethic is essential. This person doesn't complain, make excuses, or have a negative attitude
• Proficiency working with computers, Internet, CRM systems, and all Microsoft Office applications. Can't struggle getting things done online. Must be fast and efficient
• Has the following: cell phone, high-speed internet, computer or laptop, reliable transportation (car), valid driver's license and automobile insurance
• Candidates must reside in the Greater Washington, DC area
• Position can be home or office based.
