Business Development Assistant - Part Time (Work Remotely) (Washington DC)

We are currently looking for good people with sales experience to come and join our hard working, and growing, real estate management team. No previous real estate experience is required. What we do require is an enthusiastic, resourceful, and committed person with a motivation to succeed at a high level.

This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with home owners at their home or property that they are looking to have managed. We will provide all of the marketing, pre-vetted leads, and set you up on the appointment. You will go on the appointment and speak with the property owners. You won't be required to work out of an office and can basically set your own schedule. This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a large income for you. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month. This is an opportunity to take your talents and contribute in a big way. You will make great money and learn in the process. We love to see, and are sincerely committed to, the success of our sales reps.

Compensation: 100% commission based plus bonuses with potential of $30K+ per year. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be. A great salesperson will earn $65,000 with us, but a star salesperson will earn well over. Quality leads will be provided for you for FREE. Your average commission per CLOSED deal will between $250-$500, sometimes much larger (depending on the rental rate of the property).

Schedule: Flexible schedule, work from home. No commute!

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads assigned to you.
2. Meet with property owners who are motivated to have their property managed.
3. Understand property owners motivations and personalities so we can get contracts signed.
4. Must be able to overcome objectives & negotiate well.
5. Must be able to manage leads & ongoing follow ups with prospects.
6. Must be motivated to bring in outside business.
7. Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.
8. Must be able and comfortable with using technology (Smart Phone / Computer / Apps / CRM Database).
9. Must be comfortable working solo with extreme professionalism, honesty and integrity.
10. Must be willing to learn the products and services offered by our firm.

They're a fast starter and quick learner. They can follow instructions and are committed to following through. They are good at reading people. In fact, you thrive on trying to figure people out. They understand how to work with many types of personalities. They enjoy meeting with people and "uncovering their story". They're able to hear a story and help people solve a problem.

We market heavily in Washington, DC, Prince Georges and Charles Counties in Maryland and Baltimore. We provide you quality pre-vetted leads who have already expressed interest in working with us. There is no cold calling involved whatsoever. We also have a great back office systems and technology that will allow you to work remotely.

You do NOT need to have a real estate license to be successful in this business. In fact, the most successful people have no prior real estate experience.

3- Be willing to work part-time or with flexible schedule. Most potential clients are homeowners/property investors who work in other positions full-time and want to me at odd times (after normal business or weekends).
