Busy real estate team needs buyer's agents to handle leads. We are a small team at the moment, looking to grow, and we need agents who want to make sales and do things the right way. The split is 50% on team deals and 65% on deals you source from your SOI and past clients.
Agents who have been in the business at least a year or more and have handled at least a couple buy transactions are ideal, but we will work with the right candidate of any experience. Full-time agents only.
-- Licensed in DC, VA, or MD
-- Have or obtain access to BrightMLS, NVAR or GCAAR, Sentrilock, E-Signing service (DocuSign recommended), reliable automobile.
-- Professional dress required (we don't do the shorts and tee-shirt thing)
-- Make prospecting and follow up calls.
-- Manage the leads in our CRM.
-- Go on appointments, write contracts, sell houses.
-- Provide honest and excellent advice and service to clients.
- Have or obtain access to a reliable, presentable, safe automobile as needed.

We are a small brokerage, if you are with a big brokerage and you feel tied to it, no need to apply. You must change brokerages. Ask yourself, what has the big broker name done for you? Has it helped you make sales? Wouldn't LEADS help you make more sales?
