Small Compass Real Estate team looking for a part-time assistant that is:

DC Real Estate License or willingness to take it within 60 days REQUIRED.
Strong MS Office or Google: Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
Adobe Photoshop or similar a plus.
Mac operating systems.
Video edition a plus.
What You Will Do
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Perform miscellaneous errands.
Client Care Coordinator
Stay in regular communication with active clients
Check property statuses and set up property searches for new and existing clients
Respond to client and customer requests
Booking showing appointments for buyer’s agent
Maintain client database in CRM software. Update entries. Add to database, etc...
Stay in constant communication with clients according to a pre-defined schedule
Draft and send customized email templates
Schedule appointments for home previewing and client home tours
Log all client interactions in our CRM software.
Prepare and distribute weekly reports to clients
Prepare and distribute customer service comparative market analyses
Assist team leader by showing homes to buyer clients
Identify and research homes
Prepare and organize showings
Drive clients to the homes
Find homes meeting buyer client’s criteria
Write property descriptions
Create draft MLS listings and manage listing statuses
Prepare pre-listing packages and paperwork
Prepare/file standard paperwork
Request status certificates, surveys, home inspections, photographs, etc..
Coordinate activities with virtual assistants, videographers, printers, and photographers.
Find service providers, obtain quotes, etc...
Order ‘for sale’ signs, riders, etc...
Manage transaction documents in team Dropbox folder
File deal paperwork with the brokerage admin staff.
Coordinate all closing processes including key transfer, cleaning, etc...
Coordinate tasks to ensure that offer conditions (if applicable) are fulfilled
Prepare regular progress updates for clients
Managing client requests and delegating to appropriate resources.
Prepare postcards, feature sheets, and listing sheets.
Create marketing content and coordinate efforts with other content creators.
Customize and send print/email newsletters.
Open house preparation and promotion.
Website maintenance and development.
Social media marketing and syndication.
Video production, set up calendar and subjects for video series, schedule filming, and syndication to major online video portals.
Manage farm/contact lists
Prepare and distribute comparative market analyses (CMAs) .
Manage/post to social media platforms.
Order housewarming gifts.
Collect feedback from showings and transaction clients.
Manage and update advertisements on listings and websites.
General printing and scanning of materials
Hourly Pay + Bonuses. Pay commensurate with work experience. 10-15 hours a week. Possibility of transitioning to full-time within 12 months. 1099 Independent Contractor position. Benefits are not available.
