REALTORS - you need leads, we have leads (DC VA MD)

compensation: splits as high as 75% for team
employment type: employee's choice

My team has 3 unique opportunities for you to consider:

- Team agent - split as high as 75% to start if you have sold at least 4 homes / $2M in the past 12 months. If your sales are a little under $2M we can talk. We provide Zillow leads, ISA nurture leads, some PPC / misc. leads. Split is negotiable depending on sales history. We cover your E&O and many other expenses brokerages nickle and dime you for.

- Referral agent - We aim to only provide our team agents with $300K+ leads so we refer leads to outside agents 30%. Typically $175k - $300k leads. Looking for agents to pay 30% referral fee for these leads, you can stay at your own brokerage. Prefer at least some sales history.

- Please include your BrightMLS id so we can check your sales history.

- If your sales have been recorded under a team leader's ID just let us know so we can consider that. Typically, we will not respond if you have 0 recorded sales in BrightMLS (or lack a BrightMLS id) unless we feel you bring something unique to the table.

- If you have just received your license or are in the final stages of obtaining your license please let us know if you would like to be considered for joining the team. Please send resume with education, relavent real estate or sales experience, special skills, 2nd languages, etc. for us to consider. In general, we are looking for agents with a minimum experience of 5 transactions. More experience preferable, but will consider less experience on a case by case basis if you have a unique profile of education/experience/languages/skills we think will help you succeed.
