Seeking showing & open house agents in DC, MD, VA (Washington)

Busy team is looking for licensed real estate agents to show homes and hold open houses in DC, MD, & VA. We'll Zelle / Cashapp / Paypal etc. you the money after you show homes. Reliable, presentable transportation is required.
DC & MD are our top priorities at this time, if you only have a VA license please let me know if you'd be willing to get a DC and/or MD license.
You'll get paid every time you show a house and you are free to accept or decline showing requests whenever it suits your schedule.
For open houses we offer $100 for a 2 hour open house and $150 per 3 hour open house.
Our normal fee schedule for showings is $50 for the 1st house, $20 for every house there after.
We will occasionally offer more for certain circumstances such as homes very far apart (House 1 Greenbelt, House 2 Bowie, House 3 Fort Washington, etc.). In scenarios where you might show 5-6 homes/condos in the same building / neighborhood we might offer a little less for the extra houses. Whenever we are offering more or less than the normal fee structure will be stated up front when we send you the request for you to accept / decline.
In a previous post we had stated you did not need to move your license, after further consideration we are looking for agents to move their license to the brokerage. If you move to our brokerage there are 3 options:
1. Be a showing agent only. We can pay you a referral fee for any business you might refer in house and if you need to refer something out of the area there would be no split to pay.
2. Work as a showing agent as needed and sell on your own. I'll offer you a very high split but you will have to generate all your own business.
3. Work as a buyer's agent for our team. Show properties and hold open houses as a side hustle while you work on sales. We feed our agents lots of leads and are very busy (hence why we need showing agents to help out sometimes). The split is lower but my best buyer's agents are closing multiple homes most months and they haven't even been with me a full year!
