I am a 62 yr old widow who is relocating to the DMV in August and looking for a position to work as a home health aide(I'm certified and looking for private pay for one client), a self storage site manager(previously worked for national self storage company) or residential property manager(previously managed NYC co-ops and condos). I am relocating from NY to live closer to my son, but would like to be self-sufficient and not dependent on him. I am looking to earn at least $30 p/h(negotiable) and am open to a live-in situation as a HHA for weekdays only, or a residential site manager for a storage facility/ apt dwelling so I can have my own space. Ideally I need weekends off but am willing to work one weekend per month or fill in for emergencies. A little about me: Originally from Jamaica in the Caribbean, I am an excellent cook, great conversationalist, creative problem solver and possess a pleasant upbeat demeanor and positive can-do personality.
