I'm 35 and I work in finance over in Chevy Chase,MD. I moved from Arkansas back in April for a career opportunity and I'm looking for a good place to land with reasonable people.

Monday through Friday I'm out the house by 7:30am for work and usually not back until around 8pm. I'm a pretty clean person and I like to cook so I'm happy to make food for everyone as long as people handle their own dishes.

All I need ask of my roommates is basic courtesy and respect for the people they live with and to keep the common areas clean.

I have two small dogs, both females, both under 15 lbs. One is a Scottish Terrier and the other is her daughter who's half Dachshund. They take after their owner and are not the kind of dogs that bark or tear stuff up. If having them at the house during the work day is ever an issue I'm more than willing to bring them with me.

I also used to renovate homes on the side so if something breaks I can usually fix it without needing to call anyone.
