We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Field Project Coordinator to represent our company on-site at residential home improvement projects. This role is critical in the early stages of each project—gathering accurate information, building rapport with homeowners, and ensuring our team has everything needed to move forward efficiently.
This is a client-facing role, so being a true people person is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend pre-scheduled appointments at residential properties
Meet with homeowners and professionally represent the company
Take detailed notes on project requirements, preferences, and expectations
Perform basic measurements and document site conditions
Capture clear photos/videos of project areas
Gather and outline scope of work for internal teams
Communicate findings clearly to project managers/estimators
Ensure all collected information is accurate, organized, and submitted promptly
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — must be a people person
Comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional, friendly manner
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to take accurate measurements and document job sites
Tech-comfortable (using phone/tablet for notes, photos, and apps)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to manage time and travel between multiple appointments
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience in home improvement, construction, or related field
Familiarity with basic estimating or project scoping
Customer service or client-facing experience
