The Director, Client Solutions and Partnerships, is responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle. You are primarily focused on the sale of products and services related to the Badgr platform. As Director, Client Solutions and Partnerships, you will work with the Concentric Sky executive team and other directors to execute the sales strategy for Badgr.
*5+ years of sales experience in the technology industry; selling web and mobile technology solutions
*Experience with educational technology, particularly for trade and professional associations
*A verifiable track record of sales success in the technology industry
*Experience selling software as a service
*Candidates without proven software sales experience will not be considered
*Be able to travel within the U.S. when needed to serve client and business development needs
*Ability and willingness to perform high-level product demonstrations in person and virtually
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent client relationship management skills as demonstrated by an existing network of connections that will lead to success in this position
*Personality: self-starter, team player, communicative, polished, trustworthy, results-oriented, goal-driven
*A desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment where success and compensation are results based
*Ability to remain proactive, productive, engaged, and accountable while telecommuting
*Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States (citizenship, green card, visa, etc)
*Net new business and proactively seek revenue opportunities within our existing client base
*Understand clients’ business and business issues, and serve as a trusted advisor to drive the adoption of effective solutions
*Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all clients’ needs are listened to, understood, and responded to in a timely way
*Passion for the digital credentialing ecosystem; lead complex conversations at a broader business level and be able to sell the strategic story
*Participate in the development and implementation of account plans to ensure a disciplined approach to growing business with assigned current clients
*Manage account and sales activity information in HubSpot CRM
*Foster a positive team climate that inspires others to excel and deliver
*Deliver quarterly sales forecasts and report on plan vs. actual results
