Dr. Christina K. Wilson, founder and president of Renaissance Development, holds a doctorate in architectural history from the University of Virginia. After a distinguished career in adult education—teaching college level courses and developing museum education programs—Dr. Wilson founded Renaissance Development in 2004. Dr. Wilson’s extensive knowledge of historic buildings, combined with the meticulous efforts of the company’s skilled artisans, has made Renaissance Development the Washington Metropolitan Region’s preeminent company in masonry restoration.
What Renaissance is looking for…
Renaissance Development is seeking to build a team of talented, outgoing individuals who will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with new clients. This team member will meet personally with clients and prepare project scope of work/proposals.
All leads/requests for proposals provided; no cold calling or lead generation required! You will have direct contact with our clients.
Project proposals include, but are not limited to:
• Exerior Masonry
• Retaining Walls
Candidates should possess the following qualities:
- Construction Knowledge
- Sales background a plus
- Client-centric demeanor
- Team-oriented mentality
- Results-driven (including prioritization & timely execution)
- Effective communication
- Proficiency leveraging technology/software (e.g., CRM, Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel)
This full-time position earns performance-based compensation (base pay plus commission) commensurate with the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skill set to start. Additionally mileage reimbursement.
