MANTECH seeks a driven and mission-focused Cyber Software Engineer to join our elite team based in Herndon, VA.

This position offers the chance to grow your expertise alongside talented Software Developers, Da Engineers, and System Engineers while pioneering solutions th make a nional impact.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Understand requirements and design and develop software components.

• Research software concepts, develop, and demo proof-of-concepts.

• Collabore with team members to understand current product feures.

• Develop automed unit and integrion tests.

• Participe in code reviews.

• Engage in the project's agile development process.

• Effectively communice with fellow developers and occasionally with end-users.

Minimum Qualificions:

• High School Diploma or GED

•6+ years of software development experience.

• 3+ years of experience developing with Python.

• Experience in front-end / full stack development 

• Experience in SQL and dabase management.

• Experience with Version Control Systems such as Git.

• Experience with containerizion tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integrion.

• Understanding of Linux/Unix opering system environments.

Preferred Qualificions:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies, daily SCRUM, and JIRA.

• Professional experience working with Node.js.

Clearance Requirements:

• An active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this position.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stionary position 50% of the time.

• Must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
