MANTECH seeks a motived, career and customer-oriented Cyber Software Engineer to join our team in Herndon, VA.

The Cyber Software Engineer will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor’s da pipelines and reled applicions, from collection to ingestion, and ensuring the integrity and security of da systems. You will play a critical role in delivering relevant and actionable cyber da to the right customers in a form th is normalized and actionable by cyber analysts and da scientists.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Designing, building, and optimizing resilient da pipelines using Python, with expertise in da collection, ETL, ingestion, and analytics
• Developing and maintaining complex da solutions, including da transformion, da quality, and da governance
• Collaboring with cross-functional teams to support delivery and educe end users on complex da products and analytics environments
• Performing analysis of complex da sources to determine value, use, and inclusion in analytical processes
• Ensuring da is available, accessible, and secure to stakeholders while testing da movement and transformion code
• Providing plform support, including problem-solving, debugging, and production maintenance

Minimum Qualificions:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on Python and Da Engineering
• Proven experience building da pipelines, ETL processes, and da ingestion workflows
• Strong expertise in Python, with knowledge of software version control systems such as Git and GitHub
• Demonstred knowledge of various file forms, including JSON and XML
• Familiarity with core da engineering concepts, including da transformion, da quality, and da governance

Preferred Qualificions:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in a technical field such as Computer Science, Physics, or Mhemics
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Cloud services including AWS Lambdas, EC2s, and S3
• Experience with da analytics, da visualizion tools, and an understanding of cybersecurity-reled topics
• Strong research, analytical, organizional, and problem-solving skills with high tention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and presention skills to collabore across teams and brief findings to stakeholders

Clearance Requirements:

• An active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stionary position 50%.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Frequently communices with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentions.
• Must be able to exchange accure informion in these situions.
