Front Desk Associate & Social Media Specialist

The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for customers who visit DC Lash Bar or contact us about our beauty services by phone, email or social media. The Front Desk Associate’s responsibilities include client customer service, retail sales, ensuring spa cleanliness, and covering all opening and closing procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage clients with grace, even during peak demand. Ultimately, you will help boost the DC Lash Bar reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with customers.

Social Media Specialists are responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

- Prior customer service- or hospitality experience required
- Candidate must be punctual, resourceful, and task-oriented
- Candidate must be fluent in English
- Candidate must be able to multi-task and problem solve
- Candidate must be comfortable with selling products and pitching services

- Prior Social Media and Content Creation experience preferred but not required


31-35 hours/week. Preferred days would be Thursday – Friday – Saturday – Sunday. Saturday and Sunday will be shorter days. See our website for exact opening hours.
