Selling my 2004 Ford 250 Super Duty 5.4 V8 Gas (~240k miles , clean title) with Renovated 80s Sunlite Truck Camper. A lot has been done to the Truck and Camper. The inspection and emissions are current on the truck - good til the beginning of next year. The truck has a lot of upgrades -Raised, Upgraded suspension, Big mud tires with Mickey Thompson Rims. Engine is strong , bed off frame maintenance (sanded down and por15’d a few years ago) surface rust is coming back but the frame is solid. The cons to the truck are that a tree fell on it several years back so there is damage to hood , left side and roof. There is also a small leak from the transmission inspection port ( I suspect the torque converter seal will need replacing). The camper is light weight specd at 1200lbs but is probably around 1800 with my add ons - alone I have around 10k into the build on it . Roof fully sealed and repainted. All new trim all around. Full renogy solar conversion- 200 watt Solar with 200ah batteries installed, system monitor and Bluetooth monitor, cutoff switch also installed. Camper Fully painted / sealed all around and inside minus bathroom fully updated. No leaks . Includes Propane stove with custom butcher block cover. New 3 way fridge that operates on propane/ 12V/120V. Shore plug in as well 12V solar powered interior with 2000w Renogy inverter for 120V access when not shore plugged in. High Traffic Vinyl floors , butcher-block dining table, led roof fan , new countertop with copper sink and retractable faucet , stone / brushed stainless veneer backsplash. Can sleep 3-4 (comfortably 2-3) with nook above bench area for child if need be. The roof vents have been replaced and all vent areas have screen mesh installed to prevent bugs from entering. Bathroom is original minus the painting of the walls , I have replaced the pull drain valves. No leaks or issues with grey water and fresh water tanks. The water pump has been replaced with a nos water pump. All led lights installed inside with several remote controlled rechargeable lights. Black out curtains installed at the main bed area and at the door. Rooftop camera installed - currently inactive but makes a great deterrent, I do have the screen for it somewhere. Cedar wood paneling installed in power compartment. Wood paneling installed in main sleeper area. Lower bench area has a pull out conversion that turns it into another bed. 12V TV installed with dongle to plug in phone. Charging ports and outlets installed throughout unit. No AC but with the ceiling fan / or a small fan added / ample opening windows I haven’t had much issue even in the hotter seasons. For the colder seasons I’m including a Buddy heater with big propane tank hook up. This heater is powerful and efficient with safety features such as a tip over and monoxide detector shut off built in. I also have a smoke detector and fire extinguisher included in the camper for added safety. The cushions and curtains were all redone. I have most of the original paperwork for the camper as well as the jacks and materials needed to safely store it. There is a small crack in the main sleeper big window on the front (interior side only, the glass is double layered and the outside is unaffected) There are probably a few other things I’m missing but it’s a nice camper for getting out and exploring in comfort. The pros of having a truck camper are the space constraints aren’t as much of an issue and as it sits in the bed of a truck its considered part of the truck and not required to be titled/ registered/ or tagged. It fits in a 6.5ft with the tailgate down or a 8ft bed.
Asking $10k for both the camper and truck. Trying to sell them as a package as I don’t have the space to comfortably store it at this time and haven’t been able to get much use out of it with my busy work schedule. Serious inquiries only please, thanks!
