Available between Dec 8, 2025 (Monday) and Mar 20, 2026(Friday), you will share this 2-bedroom apartment with another person and have your own private furnished one-bedroom in the beautiful neighborhood of Dupont Circle / Embassy Row, just a few minutes walk from the Dupont Circle metro station.
Payments will be pro-rated based on $1,200 per month for one of the two bedrooms, including all utilities (electricity, WiFi internet, HD TV). This will be a perfect sublet for someone who needs a temporary place to stay in DC for a few months. I will be gone for 3 months due to a work situation.
If you like to live in a major city center without a car but still able to walk or take the metro subway system to all the popular places in DC at a low cost (e.g. $2 to Dulles Int'l Airport on the weekend and weekday after 9:30pm), then this is the perfect place for you! I'm flexible on your move-in / move-out dates and will consider making arrangements to accommodate your needs. Reply by email for more pictures.
This is a nice, cozy and fully-furnished apartment with contemporary furniture, and just steps away from the Dupont Circle Metro Station near The Embassy Row, Adams Morgan, and Foggy Bottom, Georgetown. It is situated directly across the street from the Embassy of Luxembourg, the Embassy of India and The Cosmos Club, where many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are within walking distance. Unlike many basement apartments in DC, this apartment has many windows facing the beautiful views of Embassy Row with bright sunlight, and the building is located in a safe neighborhood in Dupont Circle right on the embassy row bordering Georgetown & Foggy Bottom.
