Looking for an affordable and fun place to live? Check us out! Our home is a professional home that's been formed from a regular house, and we're currently looking for one more person to join our diverse crew.
Here are some of the highlights of living in our home sweet home:
* The Perfect location: we're just a 2-minute walk to a Green Line Metro station and a Circulator bus stop going directly to Union Station.
* Really affordable rent: price depending on the room
* Great people: we're inclusive of all backgrounds, and our current residents include a Washington DC tour guide, an employee of the DC government, and an entrepreneur
* The possibility of occasional shared meals: we love to cook and eat — sometimes together, but not required.
* The paper products and cleaning supplies are covered as part of the Utilities.
* We have a quiet home: things are pretty chill most of the time.
* Occasional house gatherings: We've got a small yard with a fire pit, and we like to have occasional gatherings.
