The Space:
- Cozy Jr 1BR and perfect for 1 person
- Fully furnished with a double bed (Casper mattress), working standing desk, dining table, kitchen and cooking supplies.
- Full bathroom attached to the bedroom
- There is an Amazon TV, where you can access Netflix, Hulu, HBO accounts.
- Equipped with WiFi, toiletries, towels, hair dryer
- There is a laundry room in the basement.
- Third floor walkup of a rowhome on 19th Street, gorgeous view of 19th street
The Neighborhood:
- Dupont Circle Metro: 2 blocks
- Safeway Grocery Store: 3 blocks
- Starbucks and Dupont Collective Coffee: 1 block
- The neighborhood is lively and has tons of restaurant, bar, food options available only a quick walk away.
Sub-lease:
- The rent is $1900/month, inclusive of rent, utilities and WiFi. Furniture is included.
- The apartment will be vacant from Dec 15, 2025 but official lease can start January 1, 2026. Move in or official start date should be January 1 or earlier.
- May be available for longer if needed
Me:
I have a work stint overseas and the apartment will be free for the period of the vacancy.
You:
Clean, respectful professional in need of a short-term sublet. Ideally someone here for a short-term work gig with little furniture/luggage (due to limited space); good communicator and can WhatsApp updates as needed
Apartment Rules:
- Single occupancy only. This sublet is not for couples or roommates.
- No pets
- No parking available from the building; only street parking available.
- No smoking in the unit
- No parties/excessive visitors - this is a strict rule.
- A $500 security deposit must be made when the lease is signed and keys are handed over; $500 will be returned after move out and confirmation of no damages.
