The space
Apartment is a furnished Junior 1 bedroom/large studio with separate bedroom area, and a balcony. Never mind about the weather getting too cold for the use of a patio area; there is an outdoor fire-place, seating area and side table with board games for your entertainment. Living room has a dining table, the most comfy couch from Room and Board, TV with basic cable and internet; also comes with a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and bar stools. Bedroom has a lovely queen size bed, bedside table, large work desk with a printer and an ergonomic office chair. Looking to sublet to 1 person.
You will have access to the full apartment and 24/7 services offered by the apartment building including the concierge, gym, yoga studio, massage room, washer, dryer, free wifi, pool and picnic area etc. $3500 per month (all inclusive of utilities, internet and cable). In addition, a fully refundable security deposit of $3500 will be requested.
I will be located off premises although I can easily be reached when necessary.

Dupont circle is the most vibrant community in Washington DC with many restaurants located walking distance from the apartment. Its right in the center of town so you have close proximity to other neighborhoods including 14th street, Adams Morgan, Georgetown, and Foggy bottom (all about a 15 minutes walk from the apartment on average), 12 minutes walk to the World Bank, and IMF (14 minutes walk to the White House), lovely neighborhood shops with everything you can think of, a super-vibrant night life, and a great farmers market every Sunday makes this an area thats really hard to compete with in the district.
Dupont circle metro station is a 5 minutes walk, the bus station is in front of the apartment, and capital bike share is right outside the apartment with numerous bike routes to explore this beautiful city.
