We are 2 girls and a guy in our 20's and 30's living in a nice house here in Adams Morgan. Here are the specifics:

$1800 includes utilities, 1000 mbps Wifi in your room and other areas of the house.

Flexible. Can do short or long term.
Location
Right in the heart of Adams Morgan, 2 blocks from a Harris Teeter and Safeway, half a block from coffee, pizza, falafel, bars, everything. 15 minute walk to U St and Dupont, 25 walk to downtown Farragut north/k street area. $12 uber to h-street or capitol hill. The location is great.
House
- 4 floor townhouse
- 4 bedrooms, each have their own bathroom w/shower. extra half bath on main floor for guests.
- Large private roof deck with couches, outdoor grill, cooking area, flowers.
- Full kitchen, dining room with huge wooden table and seating area, living room with fireplace
- Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/Central AC/Ceiling fans in rooms
- Parking option available

-Queen bed frame with high end mattress included(unless you'd rather it removed)

-Comes with all of the furniture you would need, not much room for more.
Not uncommon for one of us to randomly take off on international adventures or have people over to enjoy the outdoor space. Looking for someone who is independent, fun and quasi responsible.
