- The apartment itself is on Ontario Place NW, which is a leafy and quiet street with Walter Pierce park just a few steps away.
- The apartment is centrally located in the fun and historic Adams Morgan neighborhood, which is full of bars, restaurants, live music, and vibrant night life.
- It's also a short walk to bus lines and two metro stations (Woodley Park and Columbia Heights), making it super simple to get around town from here. It's also a 10-minute walk to the National Zoo, and quite close to Rock Creek Park.
Serious enquiries only. Weekly/monthly rent can be discussed, but we're looking for $425/week or $1,650 per month, which includes utilities.
The apartment is available from December 1, 2025 until April 15, 2026. Ideally we'd find someone to rent for the entire period (or close to it), but would consider shorter stays as well.
