A C Services is seeking **one to two motivated construction estimators** to support our growing volume of **commercial construction bid invitations**. We receive bid opportunities on a daily basis and need support preparing accurate, competitive estimates.
This role is ideal for:
* Retired estimators who want flexible, part-time work
* Estimators currently not working
* Entry-level estimators looking to gain real commercial experience
Compensation**
*3% commission on any bid awarded**
* Commission is calculated based on the **final contract value**
* No cap on earnings
* Paid per project upon award and contract execution
This position is performance-based and does not include a base salary.
**Responsibilities**
* Review bid invitations, drawings, and specifications
* Perform quantity take-offs (primarily Divisions 02, 05, 09, 23 and 26)
* Prepare detailed cost estimates (labor, materials, OH, profit)
* Coordinate with project managers and vendors for pricing
* Meet bid deadlines and maintain organized estimate files
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in **commercial construction estimating** (any level)
* Familiarity with CSI divisions (especially framing, drywall, ceilings, finishes, electrical)
* Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings
* Knowledge of prevailing wage projects is a plus
* Experience with estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Excel, etc.) is a plus
