We are looking for an experienced laborer to join our team.
We’re not looking for someone trying construction for the first time. We’re looking for someone who understands how a jobsite works, shows up on time, works hard, stays busy, and takes pride in their work.
Most of our work involves masonry restoration, commercial construction, historic preservation, and government projects throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
What We’re Looking For:
* Construction experience required
* Masonry experience strongly preferred
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to follow directions and work independently
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* OSHA 10 is a plus
* Ability to pass government site background requirements is required
Some What You’ll Be Doing:
* Assisting masons with restoration and construction work
* Mixing mortar and grout
* Material handling and site setup
* Demolition and surface preparation
* Scaffold setup and teardown
* Operating hand and power tools
* General labor related to masonry restoration and construction projects
