We are looking for professional, reliable, and highly motivated bike couriers to handle time-sensitive deliveries throughout Washington, D.C..

What You’ll Do

• Pick up and deliver documents, small packages, and time-sensitive items
• Navigate efficiently through urban areas, including traffic, bike lanes, and restricted zones
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Represent Excel Courier with professionalism

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Valid government-issued ID
• Own a reliable bicycle (road bike, hybrid, or e-bike preferred)
• Smartphone with data plan and comfort using multiple apps
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow written and in-app instructions
• Availability — consistent riders earn the most
• Familiarity with DC/NOVA routes and navigation apps
