We are a Washington, DC–based logistics consulting firm that organizes high-profile advocacy bus tours for political campaigns, nonprofits, and select for-profit clients. We are seeking professional CDL drivers with a Passenger (“P”) Endorsement to operate a 45’ executive motorcoach (Prevost-style entertainer coach) for upcoming tours.
About the Work:
Routes are primarily along the East Coast, with some long-haul trips possible. The "typical" trip is about a 10 day tour inclusive of deadhead portions.
Vehicle is a luxury executive motorcoach with lounge seating, galley, and onboard amenities — no standing passengers.
Clients are high-visibility campaigns and advocacy organizations — professionalism is essential.
Requirements:
CDL Class B or A with Passenger Endorsement (required)
Minimum 2 years experience operating 40–45 ft motorcoaches or entertainer coaches
Clean driving record for the past 3 years (no DUI/DWI, major accidents, or serious violations)
Ability to pass DOT medical exam & drug/alcohol screening
Professional demeanor and comfort interacting with VIP clients and press
Flexibility for overnight travel and varying schedules
Preferred Experience:
Previous work on political, advocacy, or entertainer tours
Knowledge of FMCSA compliance for passenger carriers
Experience maneuvering in urban and event settings (tight streets, security perimeters)
