Applicant tracking systems (ATS) are the computer systems used by organizations to manage the flood of resumes they receive. The ATS will read your resume, and then rank and score your qualifications vs. specific keywords in the job description this allows the hiring manager to screen out low-ranking resumes saving valuable time. Only 28 percent of job seekers resumes actually get seen by a recruiter or hiring manager. The other 72 percent of resumes get screened out by the (ATS) software. 2) I won't ask for any highly personal information such as your address, phone number or full name. You can put those finishing touches on your resume yourself.
3) Turnaround of 24-48 hours to revise, edit or create a new resume from scratch.
4) During the rough draft stage, you will be able to view the drafts as we collaborate and fine tune the finished product.
5) There is no upfront deposit required. After you have finalized the final draft I will then send you an invoice for payment. I accept PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Google Pay and Moneygram
