Busy construction/real estate executive is seeking an experienced bookkeeper/project assistant to help manage a growing construction and real estate firm that specializes in mixed use projects in the Metro DC marketplace. I am seeking a Very organised individual that is willing to do many varied tasks. Must be able to do light bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations, WIPs, process payroll through a third party provider and handle some AP as well as some misc. insurance management. You also will provide administrative support including issuing of subcontracts, purchase orders as well as distribution of drawings and all other project and digital data. The successful individual Must be proficient using a computer and multiple programs, including Quickbooks, MS Office and Google/internet research.
Construction experience would be a real plus, but not essential for the right individual.
This is a long term position that will be full time very quickly and has tremendous growth opportunities for the right individual.
