Local CPA firm has an opening for an individual to assist with client bookkeeping, accounting and payroll, as well as selective administrative duties.

The position requires the successful candidate to maintain books and records (general ledger) for selective clients and process payroll and related reports on a monthly/quarterly basis. The ideal candidate should have bookkeeping experience and be proficient in reconciling bank accounts in addition to good communication skills. Experience with QuickBooks is helpful, but not required.
Administrative duties include typing correspondence and financial reports and maintaing a time and billing program for the firm. Good typing skills and experience with Microsoft Word will be helpful.
This is a part-time position for weekdays approximating 15 to 25 hours per week. Interested candidates should forward their resume highlighting their qualifications.
