DATA ENTRY Bookkeeper Clerk and/or BOOKKEEPER-ACCOUNTING-OFFICE MGR. for a Silver Spring family owned and operated commercial service company. Seeking a Part to Full-Time Skilled Data Entry person and a experienced BOOKKEEPER-STAFF ACCOUNTANT with proven experience using QUICKBOOKS ENTERPRISE. A Huge Plus if experienced working with a small contractor

DATA ENTRY CLERK and/or BOOKKEEPER-ACCOUNTANT POSITION(S) to fill One Data Entry Clerk and One Accountant. STRONG SKILLES using QUICKBOOKS ENTERPRISE Accounting system is a must!

Responsibilities include: entering and scanning entries, A/P, A/R, Purchase Orders, Payroll, Bank Req., Credit Card Charges, Deposits, Credit Cards, Expenses, Purchase Orders, Invoices, etc.

BOOKKEEPING - ACCOUNTING Duties include substantiating existing accounting entries are entered correctly, generate reports, month-end closings, bank recs, etc. Must be extremely organized, mature, and dependable and able to supervise support staff and work with company CPA firm.

If interested in working with an established commercial service contractor in a casually dressed office as a Data Entry Clerk. This posting is for One Data Entry Clerk and One Bookkeeper-Accounting position or One Very Experienced Person for BOTH Positions. Responsibilities include everything necessary to oversee accounting personnel as dept. head or as staff accountant, etc.

The ideal candidate would be a person with reliable transportation who is available to work both remotely or our casually dressed warehouse/office 3 to 4 times per week (20 to 40+ hours) and lives close to our Silver Spring - White Oak area.

The office is located on New Hampshire Ave. in Silver Spring-White Oak area. Typical work hours are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexible Hours).

It is imperative that the person or persons be Motivated and Focused, strong work ethic, detail-oriented, multi-tasker with strong organizational skills along with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), etc.
