Other roomie is a 40-something cis, gay lawyer with a lovely golden retriever who has en suite bath. We are professionals who work hard, appreciate adult conversations/attitudes/independence, and a clean kitchen (this is important ;-)). Huge front porch for reading, sleeping, chilling w friends/dog. Plenty of space to garden. One dog 🐕lives here now (older golden retriever) but we are open to the right pup if you have one. BIPOC, queers, and straights welcome. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️. Maturity and self-awareness required. And a positive life attitude.
Life is quiet here but also just a few blocks from DC line and a quick drive down RI Ave to Logan Circle. And we are just a few blocks to hiking and🚴🚵♀️ biking trails... great option for bike commuters. The house has plenty of storage space. Other selling points... guest bath on main floor, big kitchen, 3 living rooms, piano, firepit 🔥. Friendly place - public interest folx and mixologists encouraged to apply.
House is located just a few blocks from Anacostia Watershed with miles of running/biking trails, playgrounds, skateparks, breweries, and more. Nearest Metro is 1.1 miles to Yellow/Green lines at West Hyattsville; 2.2 miles to Red line at Catholic. Just a 9 minute walk (tops) to all the bus lines on Rhode Island Ave. and even closer to GLUT market.
