Cuisinart Griddler Elite -- high-end electric griddle. Model GR-300. Used only about ten times. It works well, but we have too many seldom-used appliances. Versatile-- has two plates, each selectable for either Griddle side (smooth) for cooking bacon, eggs, pancakes, or French toast; or Grill side (ribbed), for grilling steaks, hamburgers, chicken, seafood, vegetables, or panini and other toasted sandwiches. The manual describes the various options for cooking with unit open or closed, using one plate or both, depending on what is being prepared. The plates remove easily for cleaning. Timer. The similar current Griddler Elite model sells on Amazon for about $250. This unit, as new, $95.
