Trade 19ft Invader boat for... (Annapolis)

Fast and ugly but solid and super fun to play with, pulling skiiers, wakeboard, tubes, etc.
1986 Invader ski boat inboard outboard
Open bow/ bow rider
Mercruiser alpha 1 gen 1 out drive
Recently refreshed...
New gimble bearing
New bellows all around(shift bellow soon)
New water pump and pickup tube
All new seals & gaskets, grease, glue and clamps
2 propellers
(fast one is quicksilver laser 2 and
Mercury one to tow, for water sports)
Racing extension named:
Land & Sea stern jack
New bearing in that, new gaskets
Extended bolts and hydraulic rams
New trim sender and trim limiter
Side water pickups blocked with jb-weld and epoxy/filler with the Land & Sea water pick up cone on FRONT of drive to force water in while cruising.
The set up increases torque and top speed.
Aluminum gas tank cleaned and emptied
Has been fogged and winterized
Chevy 350 Engine starts right up
No problems to mention with that..
Bilge pump, float switch, blower, work well.
Matching trailer
New wires and waterproof lights
May need new tires due to some dry rot, (otherwise they hold air with plenty tread.)
Front wheel that raises tongue needs to be reattached.
Outside paint was redone by an amateur.
Top half is white non skid
Middle is seafoam green
Bottom of hull is just buffed smooth.
Needs cleaning and tape removed, maybe touch up??
Other NEW stuff:
LOUD horn, glowing switches on dash, 2 front facing LED spot lights, blue led interior "glow", LED nav lights front and rear, grounding block and power block for the new electronics, blue/green mirror tint, ratchet winch on trailer
Interior is basically original.
Side bolsters are new PVC.(Needs the throttle to be reattached)
Globe box is new PVC
Floor has been treated and gone over with high quality water proof rubber type coating.
I have dark blue non skid paint I will use to finish it once interior decisions have all been made.
All teak was sanded and stained
Sony 6x9s and stereo work well
2 life jackets and personal floaty
Kidder water skiis and new tow rope.
Plenty of mooring line
2 anchors
Has an old red cover front and rear (kind of dry rotted) but the poles that help prop it up help wick the water off.
Drains very well
Extra stuff
Emergency horn, drain plug, fire extinguisher....
Blah blah blah blah blah
Need to:
Reinstall all teak trim, cup holders, other small stuff too
Replace/reinstall bow front seats...
Driver and passenger seats too
(need to rebuild the wood/PVC seat box they rest on top of)
Rear bench seat has all new wood and fake leather (holding up way better than the engine cover leather but I think all should be redone)
**Main thing I need to do is reinstall the drive.
I can sell or trade boat or drive together or separate.
(BOTH as YOUR project or I WILL finish either one for you, depending on the trade.
I'm close to water testing.
I'll keep plugging away when I have time.
After a satisfactory test I intend to finish the interior.
Lots of time and money put in.
I'm working on mechanical only until it's done, then the rest of the asthetics.
PA title for trailer and boat on hand, free and clear.
