In excellent shape. Smoothlty makes clean straight cuts. Relatively heavy duty with wood base and "safety blade lock." Guillotine style. Made in USA. Vintage, used several decades ago in home office. 12-inch cut length. Cuts ≤10 sheets.
Can also cut suitably-thin sheets of plastic and metal.

Made by the Boston Company. It has both inch and centimeter markings. The surface is tan with maroon squares and lettering. The lines are still vivid. The arm moves freely. There is a safety bar that is maroon and it still has it's safety blade catch in place. The cutting surface is 12 1/2" W x 12 1/2" L not including the guillotine. The total guillotine length is 19 1/4"
