New Frame rail casters for True GDM-69 (3 door) refrigerator and freezers. The part # is 879285. Can use on other makes and models as well. Consists of three frame rails with 2.5" casters welded to them. Front casters are Locking casters in front. Rear are non-locking. These are original equipment for True GDM-69. The length of the rail allows for mounting (front to back) on a 26.5" refrigerator frame.
Amazon has them listed at $694.98 (although they are over priced). Selling for $150.00 for a set of three rails..

Also have (2) used frame rail casters. I believe the True part # is 872035. These have 3" wheels. They have a 24.75" spread. Will sell for $100.00 for the two rails. Also have a new pair with 4" casters. I believe the part # is 872010. They have a spread of about 26.5" (True says 26.75"). Will sell them for $125.00.
To mount them, you screw them on to the side of the frame of the refrigerator with self tapping screws.

Lastly have new stem casters for True T-series reach-in refrigerators and freezers. I believe the part # is 830277. They are 4" stem casters (2 locking and two non-locking). You bolt them through a vertical hole in the frame. They list for $257.23. Sell for $50.00.
