This is a very clean Specialized 16-inch wheel Hotrock I am selling for a friend whose daughter used it lightly but outgrew it before much use.

I have waxed the frame and added good training wheels and a cool Armadillo bell…

It all works well and the tires are in good shape… it also has a longer than typical seatpost so it might last a bit longer as the child grows
