This is a DIY e-bike, lovingly assembled from a Cannondale (Model: Trail 2, 2023), combined with a CYC Photon center-mount motor. This hardtail bike and motor deliver when you need it, climbing up hills like a billy goat and delivering speed on the flats (I've hit 35mph). It'll put those $5000 e-bikes to shame. The motor is highly configurable, with both Street and Race mode that can be fine-tuned for performance.
There are numerous upgrades: 4-piston Tektro hydraulic brakes for improved braking with larger brake rotors, radial tires from Schwalbe (look these up if you're not familiar - first radial tires ever made for bikes. They're awesome). Tires are tubeless. The CYC Photon motor has been well-maintained, with less than 500 full charging cycles on the battery. The dropper seatpost is installed and functions flawlessly.
This is NOT a strict pedal-assist e-bike. It is torque-sensing, PLUS pedal assist. This results in an incredibly natural feel when you ride - plus makes you feel like you're in the greatest physical condition of your life, plus some.
