We are a family farm with room for your seasonal vehicle, and we are gated.
We allow for 24/7/365 access and only request notification IF coming in after 22:00 or before 06:00.
Some electric is possible for trickle chargers or to cool down a refrigerator before a trip.
We do not have a commitment contract. We invoice in advance by the quarter and offer a discount for those who want to pay for a year in advance/annually.
We are private, gated, and secure.
No living in the vehicles is permitted.
We are close to Route 28 and Route 109 in Beallsville just north of Poolesville in Montgomery County. Convenient to Leesburg, Germantown, Clarksburg, Frederick, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Potomac.
