I have one boat too many so this Phil Bolger designed "Cartopper" has to go. It is an 11-1/2 foot (4 foot beam) sailing/rowing dinghy built by myself and launched in 2013. It has a sprit-rigged sail, a traditional easy-to-set up rig. It has a weighted pivoting centerboard and a weighted pivoting rudder. I've sailed it in the Potomac River and Rehobeth Bay.
