This situation is a very unique opportunity. You will have my undivided attention and focus as I am very passionate about what I do. If you are determined to reach your goals and are coachable, I'm definitely interested in helping you reach them.
If you are serious about your goals, send me an email, to schedule a time to come to you. We will start with a free consultation, where I understand who you are, how you are feeling, and the goal you want to achieve. I then, design an exercise regimen based on the information. At your desired schedule we will get together and carry out the plan, adapting it as we go.

- An individualized program for you to follow for 12 weeks with the exact macronutrient guideline per day and per meal based on your goals.
- List of foods you can/can't eat with this plan
- Sample meals
- Cardio program to accompany fat loss
- Separate sample strength training program to accompany fat loss for men and women
- Core/ab program to accompany fat loss program
- Supplements to take/avoid during this fat loss program
- Methods to maintain weight/ body composition once the goal is achieved
You can follow the program yourself or have me coach you through it, either way, works!
Training and Meal Program Cost $110.00 per session.
Training includes 2 free classes on meal prepping.
