Engineering firm seeking an full-time Executive Administrator/Editor/Special Projects Coordinator to join our firm. We are looking for a driven individual who wants to make a difference and be a big fish in a small pond. We need the right person experienced in all aspects of business- from marketing to recruiting and from proofreading to invoicing/bookkeeping. In order to grow, we need that right person! Duties will include executive support to senior management, support to the CFO with invoicing, technical document review and editing, assist engineers with proposal preparation and various marketing and administrative tasks. Proofreading skills, attention to detail, as well as excellent organization and optimization skills are a must. Excellent Microsoft Office skills required. Experience with Deltek Ajera is a plus.
