Cost: $12 per class or $40 for the series (save $2 per class)
In this series of classes, we will practice techniques for quieting the mind, connecting with your body, and creating moments of peace in your daily life. No experience required! Each class will have a different focus, and you may attend all four or any single one that interests you.
March 4 -- The Breath. Our breath is the key to connecting to our bodies in the present moment, a cornerstone of any meditation practice. We will learn and practice breath techniques for relaxing, energizing, and balancing.
March 11 -- Grounding and Clearing. In this class, we will learn a powerful daily practice for grounding, clearing distracting or non-beneficial energies from our bodies and minds, and bringing in healing and vitality.
March 18 -- Healing Mandalas. Learn about using mandalas for meditation and healing. Have the opportunity to create your own mandala, and walk the labyrinth, a moving mandala meditation.
March 25 -- Mantras and Affirmations. Explore the power of mantras and affirmations to focus the mind and direct the boundless creative power we each possess to shape our reality.
