This is NOT a Russian Samovar but likely of Arabic or Middle Asian origin. I think it made from a gold plated steel with tin coated interior. It is electric, takes ~600 Watt power from US standard 120 volt outlet. Has 15” height, 14 “x12” horizontal dimensions (with handles and tap), sphere ~9” in diameter. Can hold up to 6 liters (~1.5 gallon) water, when half full it take ~30 min to boil it at maximum power. Than power can be reduced just to keep water hot and use when necessary. Tap works fine, with not more than 1-2 drops per minute, that is considered normal for old style Samovars that have no synthetic gaskets, just metal. Under the tap there are spots of tin used for tap soldering, other than this there are only minor cosmetic defects (see pictures).
