100 percent disabled vet needs a van for a wheelchair. Can't spend too much and it doesn't need to be new. Just functional. The VA will not give me a van because I am not missing a limb. That's their requirement! I am, however, headed to a wheelchair due to Parkinson's (verified but that doesn't seem to matter to the VA). Right now, I cannot get my new wheelchair in my vehicle and this is affecting my ability to go anywhere. I am using assistance and a cane but the wheelchair would be a tremendous help. IF anyone has an old van that they can let go for a good price, please let me know. I cannot believe the VA can't help me but I have to try and find a solution. Please let me know if you have any leads.
