We are a growing Life Insurance and Final Expense Agency seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lead Generation & Personal Assistant to support our sales team and agency owner. This role combines lead generation, administrative support, and daily operational assistance to help the agency run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with sensitive client information.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Marketing Support, Generate and qualify leads through Online forms, Referrals, Social media platforms (Facebook, etc.), Follow up with prospects via call, text, or email.
Candidate will also provide Personal Assistant & Administrative Support, Manage calendars, appointments, and agent schedules.
Required Qualifications: Experience in lead generation, administrative support, or virtual assistant work.
