🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
Contact union members to schedule Zoom meetings.
Serve as the first point of contact for union households, explaining available supplemental benefits.
Answer questions, assist with enrollment, and help complete digital applications.
Stay on schedule, meet deadlines, and manage tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in regular Zoom-based team trainings and check-ins.

Strong communication and people skills — clear, professional, and friendly.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Zoom, email, and web-based tools.
Self-motivated with solid time management skills.
A reliable team player who also thrives working independently.
Experience with union members or benefits is a plus — but not required.
