Looking for an in-home/outside personal trainer. I am usually extremely physically active between boxing, football, handball, and lifting but through COVID and quarantine have put on some weight. During quarantine have put on some weight and looking to work with a personal trainer. I've picked up a Peloton so I've got cardio decently covered but need some help on the lifting, core strength, stretching, and flexibility. To start, I'd be looking to have sessions between 2-4x per week. I have some equipment here but likely would need a trainer to come with the equipment we'll need. I boxed competitively from middle school through college, so incorporating some boxing mitt work would be a bonus, but not a requirement. I take a very holistic approach to health and fitness and am looking for a trainer that is aligned with that perspective.
