Job Summary:
Responsibilities include the preparation of corrosion evaluation reports, laboratory analysis of soil samples, and physical execution of field projects. Some work can be completed remotely. Training and guidance will be provided. The long-term growth path for this role is to become a corrosion specialist managing different kinds of projects.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Be able to pass the background check
Strength to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Basic computer skills related to the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of math and chemistry
Good oral and written communication skills
Be able to travel, possibly 10%, depending on project needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
Familiarity with AutoCAD software
Familiarity with R scripts
Mechanically inclined and the ability to use hand tools
