We are an established Engineering & Maintenance firm in the DC Metro area seeking a full-time Construction Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take ownership of projects, lead teams, and grow with a firm that is expanding rapidly.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day construction operations across multiple projects

Coordinate with engineers, vendors, contractors, and clients

Manage schedules, budgets, and site inspections

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Provide leadership and direction to field staff

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of construction management experience (commercial, multifamily, or HOA/condo work a plus)

Strong knowledge of building systems, site work, and maintenance projects

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities at once

Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and managing expectations

Travel Expectations:

Projects are spread throughout the region — from Northern Virginia to Washington, DC, across to the Eastern Shore, and as far north as Frederick and north of Baltimore. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within this coverage area are required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary of $100,000 annually

Full-time position, immediate start
