Blue Crescent Syncopated Jazz Band is coming to Rosensteel Hall for an afternoon of dancing on a huge dance floor, save the date: December 12, 2021, from 1:30pm-4:30pm, presented by Potomac River Jazz Club.
Playing spicy hot jazz from the 20's & 30's. Come and get your dancing buddies ready for an afternoon of fun!! Playing to sold out crowds all over the east coast, originally formed in New York City more than a decade ago.
Craig Gildner on piano, Anita Thomas on Clarinet, Jay Miles on Bass, Greg Williams on drums, Dave Sager on Trombone, Jon Mathis on cornet.
Locally they have played for crowds at the Glen Echo Ballroom. If you like your jazz with some tabasco, come dance to this band or if you are curious about songs mentioned in Ernest Hemingway's book really sounded like, come & hear this band, your "fun meter" will rise with the excitement in the room!!
