Job Description:
We’re hiring Floral Merchandisers to maintain and refresh floral displays at major grocery retailers. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working independently, have a strong eye for detail, and love flowers!
Responsibilities:
• Unpack, trim, water, and rotate floral products
• Remove expired/damaged flowers
• Keep displays organized and clean
• Take and submit before/after photos
• Communicate inventory needs
Pay & Perks:
• $18.50/hour
• $0.67/mile mileage reimbursement (must track mileage)
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Flexible schedule options
• Independent work environment
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation (you’ll be driving between stores)
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Smartphone with camera/data plan (for photos/reporting)
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and punctual
• Floral or merchandising experience a plus (not required)
